Payment Methods
At FreshGo, we want checkout to feel as effortless as our lenses look. We currently accept PayPal as our secure payment method — one of the world's most trusted ways to pay online. You don't need a PayPal balance to use it: you can pay with a linked bank account, credit card, or debit card directly through PayPal.
All orders are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
How To Pay With PayPal
At checkout, simply select PayPal and you'll be taken to PayPal's secure page. From there, you can choose how you'd like to pay:
1. PayPal Balance
If you already have funds in your PayPal account, use them straight away — no card details needed.
2. Linked Bank Account
Pay directly from your Australian bank account through PayPal. Funds are debited securely without sharing your bank details with FreshGo.
3. Credit Or Debit Card
Use any major credit or debit card you've linked to your PayPal account, including:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
Don't have a PayPal account yet? You can also check out as a guest through PayPal using your card — no account sign-up required.
Secure Checkout
Your security is non-negotiable. Every PayPal transaction on FreshGo is protected by:
- PayPal Buyer Protection — eligible purchases are covered if your order doesn't arrive or doesn't match the description.
- Bank-grade encryption — your card and bank details are never shared with us.
- No card data stored on FreshGo — your sensitive payment information stays on PayPal's secure servers.
Currency & Charges
- All prices on freshgo.au are listed and charged in AUD.
- FreshGo does not add any payment-processing surcharge to your order.
- If you're paying with a non-AUD card or account, your bank or PayPal may apply a currency conversion fee — please check with them for details.
When Will My Payment Be Processed?
Your payment is authorised the moment you confirm checkout. Once payment is received, your order moves into our fulfilment queue and is dispatched within 24 working hours.
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately, followed by a shipping notification with tracking once your parcel is on its way.
